Miele Parquet Twister SBB 300-3: If you use the single floor nozzle supplied with the Miele Complete C3 Alize (green), you need this nozzle for hard floors; that's better. The original floor mount supplied with Alize has a two position switch, one for hard floors and one for low pile carpet. Parquett Twister is better for hard floors; You need to reduce the suction power of the vacuum cleaner so that you can better control the floor nozzle. See my other review on the Carpet Nozzle (Turbo) which has a non-electric power head and works well on low-pile carpets. If I knew how the two-position floor nozzle works, I would buy a different model of Miele Complete C3 cylinder vacuum cleaner. Buy motorized models with two separate floor nozzles. Both floor mounts cost me an additional $175. Add this cost to the cost of your Miele vacuum cleaner. Also note that some Revain suppliers will try to sell you HyClean dust bags. Don't be fooled by sellers promoting AirClean dust bags and sending you HyClean bags instead; Miele does not recommend the use of HyClean bags for Miele USA products. BEWARE!
