The advantages of this product are that it is very cheap compared to what you get and also comes in lovely colors to decorate your hamster cage and your creative emphasize personality. Another pro is a jungle gem it's amazing my hamster LOVES it! I'm crazy about the little house, it's adorable and my hamster will play with his toys in it! The downsides are that swings are DANGEROUS. I know I can overprotect my dwarf hamster, but the swing holes on the bottom are very big, my little dwarf hamster's feet can easily get stuck in the crack and she can break it. leg or worse! Also, the reel is too big and barely fits in my average sized cage! Also, the saw broke, I fixed it and can't fault this company because they are not responsible for the shipping, it's really not their fault. Overall I would give this amazing product 4 stars out of 5 because the price was great for what you get and it is great value and amazing colors!
