I like that it is easy for users who are not tech savvy or have low vision, as well as those without internet access (elderly), which makes this software very accessible! It's also great because there aren't any pop-ups asking permission when viewing my site from their computer/mobile device - they just see what would be shown if someone typed in our URL directly into an address bar. This may seem insignificant but sometimes people don't realize how much information we're collecting about them while browsing so having these permissions available helps us understand more clearly where visitors come from & why some visit vs others. Sometimes it takes several attempts at different times before getting results back online since many go offline during peak hours. We've been able to learn quite a bit by observing trends over time through analyzing data collected via surveys sent out monthly.
