Many people are confused about the rationale for the fact that charging occurs on the underside of the mouse and that it cannot be used while charging. In my view, the response is really straightforward: there was nowhere else to carry it out. If you put it any other place, you'll feel a silly hole in your fingers. Got pros: All of this from the previous generation is carried over, including the very comfortable lies in the hand and the multi-touch motions. It seems to operate a little more smoothly (possibly because the sensor has been improved). The most significant benefit, though, is the battery that is already integrated within the device. There are no issues with the fact that the previous version consumed batteries at a rate that exceeded what companies were able to create. A variant of very normal white Apple mice from the 1990s, space gray is just as appealing to the eye as the color white. As was said earlier, this mouse and USB disks can become stuck in each other's ports, which is a con. In my situation, the answer turned out to be quite straightforward: I needed to cease storing data on USB devices and invest in a reliable NAS instead.
