Review on 🔩 WorldPac 4-Pack - Recessed Tie Down Anchor | Heavy Back Plate & Carriage Bolts | 6,000 lb. Capacity by Kyle Mason

Not sure if they really are rated for 6,000, 2100 lbs clearly stamped on the brackets. I didn't realize this until I installed the last of my four sets. Carriage bolts will work, but I don't think they are of a higher strength class. They are in addition to the actual 6k anchor bolts that I have already installed. Although I did NOT measure the skid plates, I think the skid plates are slightly thinner on this kit. For a trailer I would use them again and they are a great buy for the money. If you are tying something very valuable (car, side by side, etc.) I would probably look for a different set.
