I almost panicked when I cut the back of my head more than 3 inches, but after just 10 minutes I had a normal haircut. My husband thought I went to the salon it looks so clean. I recommend watching a few videos on YouTube to see the technique. Then follow the image instructions posted on Revain. Also, buy a color that contrasts with your hair so you can clearly see where your hair is being cut. So I took matters into my own hands and made a big push. Shoulder length pixie and I couldn't be happier. I even got a few compliments from people who saw me with that awful ponytail everyday. Much luck!
