Excellent belt. Size: Fits my iPhone XS without a case. I wish the large bag was a bit bigger but it suits my needs. Nothing else fits my phone. Maybe a Kleenex or 2 or a driver's license and credit cards, but nothing more. The smaller pocket might fit 1 key but that's about it. Comfort: This is way more comfortable than I expected. I hate wearing things around my waist. Hate it! But it's actually comfortable for daily runs of 10-15 miles. I never notice. It doesn't move and I don't have it fixed at all. Again, I hate things around my waist. Much more convenient than other belts and bags. It really surprised me. Phone security and water resistance: This belt does not heat up my iPhone unlike the Flipbelt. I run 2-5 hours a day and not once has my phone been remotely warm. It proved to be very waterproof, unlike the Flipbelt and other belts or bags I've tried. Usage: I use this for long runs as well as walking and hiking. I never use a wallet so this works great. I liked it so much that I bought 3 more - one for myself (as the one I wear when I run sweats profusely and is therefore wet as I wash it every day), one for my elderly mum and one for a friend who also goes hiking and running. Compared to other belts/bags: I tried so many different belts and bags and finally settled on the Flipbelt which I have used for years. This belt is way better in every way. I definitely recommend it.
