My original stands that I bought have become a terrible scourge after 20 hard years of roaming and living near the ocean as salt water mist invaded my audio room. 0.26 to 28 inches tall so my tweeters are at ear level on my couch. The foam padding on the stand is an improvement over your typical sticky rubber squares that wrap around every corner. The pivoting axis allows you to reach that sweet spot when dealing with room acoustics is easier than lifting the entire base and moving it around. I didn't have enough cable, but being able to route it through the slots helps keep unsightly cables out, but just make sure you don't use ultra-small cables or have bulky runs in your shirt as you most likely will hard compression. They're sturdy enough for me, but I'm sure an avid audiophile would struggle to fill them with cand or something. Currently installed is a large speaker panel that weighs 21 pounds and is 11.4 inches deep with no issues. The overall aesthetics are top notch. present and noticeable, but try not to get in the way. So if you have an elegant or eye-catching speaker design, attention will be drawn to it. set up properly but don't want to pay for audiophile branded stand mounts.
