Master beware - the stamp ink is removed but it is very foamy

I bought these for travel to wash the stamp ink off my hands after making cards at the retreat. They washed the ink off my hands well, but they were very dirty. I thought it was more like wipes. Without water, they became very foamy. I had to use paper towels to dry my hands after using the towels. I thought they would be nice if you had a sink nearby and no soap.
