I bought this HDMI cable to connect my laptop to a flat screen TV. With this particular cable that I bought, the video and audio are constantly turning on and off, causing the TV to go black more than a dozen times a minute, even when the TV, cable, and laptop are completely still. I know it's that cable. This is faulty because I used a different HDMI cable plugged into the same jacks on my TV and laptop and this cable worked fine. The video signal was never lost. I switched back to that cable just to be sure and again it kept flickering telling me the cable itself was defective.
