Cannot be used with T-Mobile

This device is advertised for use with T-MOBILE but be careful you will not allow it. The device turns on and does its job, showing an active SIM card, but T-Mobile doesn't register it. You need to learn how to use this device because technicians won't tell you how to use this device. I have T-Mobile Home Internet, the signal is 3 bars but I never had 5. I have to return it because I can't use it. any help
