Both items are wired differently

All items look the same but wires with same color on each of them (red for turn signal on one and green wire for turn signal on 2 ALSO headlight mode works none didn't Thanks for turning a 15 minute job into a 3 hour hiccup with a trip to UPS to get that junk back.
