Works on old IP camera

Received this to convert an old USB powered Vonic C907 IP webcam (Foscam clone) after its original power supply died. The camera draws about 0.7A so I don't know how much the cable can handle. I tried using a similar cable that was much thinner but it was limited to around 0.55A so the camera didn't work. This cable serves its purpose and is a good length. Most of them are only 3 feet / 1 meter long which wouldn't be enough for my setup.
