The thing works great. It wasn't that expensive so definitely worth the price. I'm not sure what other people thought they were getting, but I thought it was the size and I also thought it was the length. A quarter of a millimeter is not much. You may feel that it penetrates more in some places than others, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work less, your skin isn't as sensitive in all places. My skin feels great after use. I didn't have serum to put in a bottle so I'll update after that and then post before and after photos at some point. It's not magic. You will not be transformed overnight. This is to improve the condition of the skin, not change the overall look of the face! Be realistic people! 4 stars from me only because 5 stars are hard to get from me. But overall a very good product.
