Yes, I believed it. If you want it cheap, get this one. Not enough support to keep what I typed. An empty bottle, such a light even she can't hold. Need a different strap or something in the middle to hold/stay on the back of the seat. Everything dangles and looks very thin. I'll probably add velcro to hold the center section in place.
