Hair like straw after use.
This shampoo/conditioner is just bad. I tried using it for about a month and it left my hair like straw. I have colored hair but I take very good care of it and it was in good condition before using this product. I bought this to replace the sim/jig which I love but seems to be discontinuing. I need to find something else even though my bottles are about 3/4 full. I love S Factor products in general and use them regularly but this was a waste of money.
