Poor installation and design

They are very cheap but installation is a nightmare. You have problems with the attachment. Firstly the supplied screws are terrible, when screwed into a plastic wall box or plastic box rectifier (where they screw into their own hole) they snap off easily. The head doesn't seem to be a perfect fit for a #2 Phillips so the tip doesn't hold well and overall these are poor screws. The second problem relates to the mounting grooves. These slots are smaller than the diameter of the screws, which means the screw must be manually screwed into each slot. This is not only time consuming, but also makes lateral adjustment to plumb the wall panel awkward. It should have a wider slot, like a typical Decora-style socket, that allows the screw to rotate freely. The biggest problem I had was installing the wall plate. The large tab for attaching the plate to the screw protrudes so far forward that it is not possible to mount the wall plate flush with the wall. (see photo). I ended up using a dremel to sand them down so the panel was fairly even. If I had to install a large number of them I would consider using different screws and grinding each one before installing.
