For over a year we have had a 3 stage whole house water filter, an electronic descaler and tankless reverse osmosis systems. The systems worked flawlessly and greatly improved the quality, smell and taste of our water. We bought this product after carefully researching several brands. A phone call and excellent customer service made the final decision. I didn't mention the name of the person who helped me on my first call (apologies to the nice young and knowledgeable man whose name I didn't mention) but he kindly reviewed our municipal water supply report and helped us choose the one Systems that best suited our needs. . (I even pointed out that the more expensive system I chose myself would have been overkill in our situation). The excellent customer service continues even after the purchase. A year later, I wanted to change my filters to keep up with changing trends in local water reports, and Don at iSpring helped me ensure I had the correct information about the order in which the filters should be installed in the system. We installed this system really professionally. Plumber. The limited space in our back room required some creative work with the Cooper pipes that we felt uncomfortable with. The amount of minerals accumulated in our toilets/showerheads has been drastically reduced and the strong smell of chlorine has disappeared from our water. The taste is exceptional - only water - no chemical water. Highly recommend this product if you want to support a company that prioritizes customer service in their business model. We also bought a tankless reverse osmosis system for our kitchen sink and an electronic descaling system. Equally pleased with all of the products we purchased for our mission to improve water quality throughout the home.
