This is my second try at these adorable salt and pepper shakers. Unfortunately, both times they came with a nasty sticky piece of tape that won't come off (your hands either). Removing the plugs was atrocious and nothing I tried (soap and water, acetone, alcohol) made them sticky. Didn't even try to fill the shakers because they were so gross. And the second try was without a plug because the hole in the base was twice the size it should have been. Such a disappointment.
