This was for a Briggs Stratton 3HP MTD Lawnmower Engine, Carburetor 495459. You will need to trim the fuel pickup tube to fit it, but it's not easy. The plastic tube broke when we put it back in place so some JB Weld glue was needed. Throttle cam is the wrong size. The connection from the governor to the upper acceleration cam does not have enough play to engage on a new carburetor due to the cast metal tab under the cam. You will need to move some fittings from the old carburetor to the new one and remove the fitting that is actually for the 5hp B&S motor. It was a disaster!
