I bought this on a whim after my pediatrician told me my daughter needed to improve her sleep pattern. Then her next appt I got it and told the pediatrician. DO NOT RECOMMEND MELATONIN ON THE SKIN. So the $20 is gone, stupid of me. Just ask what your doctor might think before you buy.
