This thing works! I normally wear a different brand waist sweat thing, but I wanted to test out a vest to sweat more on my back and chest. While running on the treadmill, I did feel the heat coming on. I sweat a lot. But when I went to the bathroom to shower, my boxers briefs and shorts were SOAKED. I’ve never sweat that much ever. I definitely look forward to running again to sweat the fat off. I’m 5’8, 200lbs. 36” waist. The large fit perfect.
