I have a 50lb standard poodle who is an aggressive chewer. In the past, I have used Kong brand toys and he does not destroy them. I constantly search for new toys that I can buy to keep him entertained. I need toys that will last with play. This paw-shaped rubber toy allows you to fill it with treats. I put a couple of his smaller treats in it and then added some peanut butter. He went crazy playing the toy and eating the treats out of it. Because it is made of rubber, this summer when it gets really hot I will put a piece of tape over the bottom hole and I will be able to fill it with treats to freeze. After eating the treats out of the toy, we used the toy to play fetch within the backyard. I put my finger in the largest opening and flung it. The toy flew easily across the lawn and then bounced a few times. He loved trying to catch the toy as it bounced and bounced again. He can easily pick this up in his mouth and bring it back to me and drop it in my hand.Even after playing with the toy almost non-stop since we got it, it does not show any rough spots on the toy. Great toy!
