I like to bake every now and then. But I hate it when the cakes I bake get a little stuck to the pan. I've tried just about everything but when a friend of mine gave me these silicone cupcake molds at first I was skeptical. One day I decided to use them and instantly fell in love with how easy and better it was for me! I saw this mold and loved the idea how I could make a cake or any other dessert without having to cut the slices. It's already designed that way. The only thing I had trouble with was when I filled the pan with the mixture, to handle it to put it into the oven was difficult because it was like trying to handle a handful of jello. But later on I placed a pizza pan underneath and it was much easier to handle. So far I've made cake and a flan and it was truly amazing! I'm looking into buying more.
