AMAZING fries but be careful the blades are sharp
Frozen fries have been hard to find in the store lately. I used it to slice russet potatoes, then fried them at 250 for five minutes and then at 350 for five minutes. Delicious! It made the preparation SUPER easy. I cut four potatoes in about two minutes. Be careful, the blades are sharp. I accidentally cut my finger while washing the blade insert - clearly an operator error - which makes me appreciate the device even more.
