The clamp comes with an adjustment wrench, but it still depends on your vehicle.

Clock works well. Comes with a small adjustment wrench. It just depends on the car and where you want to put your phone. For example, I could not mount it on the front. The material looks cheap and I don't think it was made for big screen phones. If you have a small phone, it works much better.
