My husband is good at mechanical tasks and manual dexterity, but anyone who can hold a screwdriver and has the patience can do it. The tools my husband uses are a full set of fine-tipped allen wrenches, which are a lot cheaper than calling a service center. You can even break the wrench (like him) when attaching the belt due to its high tension when new. Just remember a few basic installer rules before you begin any reverse engineering task: First out, Last in, or FOLI. This helps align the pieces on the surface in order of distance. Also, don't forget to turn off the vacuum cleaner before work, otherwise you could hurt your finger!
