Review on 🥘 Nesco Slow Cooker 1.5 Quart: Compact and Convenient Cooking Solution by Alan Estell

I have two large pots but I rarely use them just for me and my husband so I decided to buy this small pot to try. When I sent it to the mailbox, my first thought was how small it is. I was a little wary of using it. Decided to give it a try this morning. I put in some beef, added 2 sliced potatoes, some celery, onion, green peppers and baby carrots, some V8 juice and beef stock, turned on the fire and simmered for about 9 hours. We've just had a delicious stew and I've been doing a bit of work. Also, we didn't have any leftovers, which my husband and I love. Sometimes we put leftovers in the fridge only to take them out and recycle a few days later. I'll be looking for more recipes to use with this little gem.
