I like that it is easy to use, you can create as many groups of reviewers or users for your business with this program so when someone does not do their job correctly they get notified by email which works very well! It's also great because there are no ads while using free version - just an option at end if user wants more features but overall i really enjoy how everything has been set up already from start-up until today (2019).
