Decided to buy this for myself to wear while riding with my son. He just started in 4H and helmets are necessary. I haven't worn a helmet since I was in 4H eons ago. I like the look of this helmet although it is a tad heavy and sits somewhat high. After riding awhile it is fine and I forget I even have it on. It fits very well and I am glad for a more "adult" helmet look. -*** I haven't tried to find the adjustment knob because it fit perfect right out of the box.
