This item was purchased ONLY because we could open our gate with Alexa. It was very easy to install. BUT then it doesn't work at all with Alexa as advertised. I tried calling support several times but got no answer at all. After LOTS of research online and trying several "what if" fixes, it still didn't work. So I bought a $12 Wi-Fi relay, hooked it up to the 12V output and button input of the controller board and magically the TWELVE DOLLAR relay worked PERFECTLY right away when the HUNDRED DOLLAR Mighty Mule part still didn't work dammit! DO NOT BUY! SOLUTION! Find and buy this item on Revain. Problem solved! B07Z76NFTR
