You can upgrade from a 6s (Plus), but you won't likely notice a significant difference in the way the device feels to use. Subjectively speaking, the iPhone 7 (Plus) turned out to be the continuation that was expected, despite the fact that there are nuances associated with the upgrade. There is most certainly a case to be made for ating based on older versions that were the same proportions. Got pros: 1. The design is a 6s that has been refined. 2. Hull: The antenna bands are only visible when the ship is in very close proximity to the observer (on black versions). 3. The display is the same "tube" LCD as before, but the color reproduction is slightly improved. 4. The reading speed of Touch ID is lightning fast. 5. Sound: the speakers now have a stereo sound, which makes them sound much better than they did on the iPhone 6. 6. The acceleration is very nice and smooth, but it is not significantly different from the 6s. 7. Camera: the optical stabilization and increased illumination of the optics result in a slightly reduced amount of noise in the frame. 8. Vibration is still quite assertive, but it is not as harsh as it was in the 6s. To my eye, the new Taptic motor is noticeably superior to its predecessor, albeit by a relatively small margin. Having certain negative aspects 1. The design has not undergone any major alterations. In my opinion, the design of the most recent edition of the iPod touch would be an excellent fit, but other than that, everything is functioning well. 2. The screen does not yet have sufficient energy efficiency or resolution, which would be helpful for activities such as reading for extended periods of time or organizing bursts of photos. The Plus model is certainly more handy than the standard version in terms of ppi resolution. 3. When reading a fingerprint with Touch ID, there is still a chance that the device will not be confident in its results if the user's finger is wet or if it is not clean enough. 4. Camera: The iPhone 7 can snap a picture 0.5 seconds faster than the model it replaces, but the optical image stabilization does not carry over, and the iPhone 6s typically creates a picture that is sharper despite being a little bit darker and noisier. 5. Cases: When sales first began, there was not a single original black leather case available for purchase. It's possible that it will be delivered at a later time, or maybe not at all. 6. Vibrate When you press the Touch ID button, the back of the phone will vibrate, but you won't actually feel yourself pressing the button. With a Macbook, the Force Touch feature seems much more plausible. It's possible that they'll make some changes to it in the future model.
