It provides an excellent way of getting advice from various experts as well in terms or structuring contracts with legal firms/legal departments etc., which can be quite crucial at times when negotiating new business deals within your organization where there is risk involved if certain clauses / stipulations get overlooked by everyone who knows about it but not sure how they'll look like after execution time! There isn't much I would say dislike so far except that sometimes its difficult to understand what exactly someone means while replying through email because sometimes my messages gets lost somewhere along the line due to server crashing.

But overall i'd definitely recommend this platform since we've used this tool heavily throughout one year now during different projects wherein all stakeholders were able sign-off documents using Evernote. Also helps avoid any confusion regarding contractual obligations among partners once signed off upon completion. Helps share relevant information effectively across team members especially those located remotely hence.
