It was a fantastic purchase! I've never used it, but a friend of mine recommended it for cooking meat more evenly than in the oven. We've used it for chicken and beef, both turned out perfectly. Works great! There's even a recipe book for food ideas. Highly recommended. The only negative, as another user said, is that it has to be in the water before turning on the power or you'll get an error message.
