Device turns on immediately and recognizes my VIN. A "quick" scan takes about 10 minutes. It took me a while to learn this, but when I go into the menu I can quickly see individual codes and/or clear the check engine light. Navigating through these menus is not intuitive at all. Some functions require you to press F1-F3, others require you to press the back arrow. It's just very strange. Many other functions I think they are. But there's no instruction manual that tells me what the different menus are or what the data I'm seeing mean. If you have ABC, he'll do a rodeo and deliver dates. I'm not sure what I'm seeing. It all stays with me in the car and it pays off by allowing me to clear the codes and get a picture of what's going on.
