Review on Craft Intelligence by Richard Jarvis

The ability to view all of my data in one place, even when I'm not at home or using their system is really awesome! They also have great customer service which helps me feel comfortable with what they are doing for us (and that's saying something!).

It would be nice if we could add custom tags/notes into our files so it was easier to find certain things later but overall this program has been an excellent addition. We used CIPRIS before working with them as well - same benefits there too though. Making sure everything can easily get backed up offsite without worrying about losing any information from being stored locally.
