Nice USB-C mini dock design but there are limitations
I bought this dock for my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 (Type 82HT) because the Lenovo website said that it is a fully compatible option. It is not. Everything works fine (power, ethernet, USB ports, audio etc.) EXCEPT it doesn't support HDMI/video to an external monitor (presumably because a non-business class Ideapad can't support video - via the Alt DP mode - via USB-C 3.2 port So, in addition to the mini USB-C port on the dock, I also need to connect any external monitor directly to the HDMI port on the laptop and a cheaper USB-C dock from Anke or another manufacturer.
