If you use waterproof mascara, this product is by far the best (and I've tried dozens). Pulls or doesn't pull, very gently, gets rid of everything quickly and easily. Yes, there's a bit of an oily residue, but it's also good for moisturizing the eye area (and just wipe off the excess with a tissue. I've never had a bad reaction, I have tons of allergies and sensitive eyes These pads will also remove other makeup including the hardest to remove deep red lipstick, highly recommend!
