I was skeptical about buying this file/buffer because some of the reviews didn't seem serious. I ended up buying it because it was prime and I knew if it was a bad product I could return it. I was pleasantly surprised when I first used it on my 4 day old. The softest buffer was soft enough that it didn't hurt my face when I tested it (I didn't want to use it on baby skin without testing it first!). Trimming his fingernails and toenails took about 90 seconds total. It happened so quickly that the baby slept through the night. It's way better than scissors! I can't tell you how happy I am to have discovered this buffering tool and I only wish I had it with my other kids!
