I am a woman, I bought this men's shirt because the gingham pattern and color matched the look I was going for (clothes like Dorthy from the Wizard of Oz for the Spirit Week Cinema " at my work). I would say true to size (I used the size chart to choose the best size for me). The shirt was comfortable and well made. Arrived quickly with Prime. I probably will gifted to my son (15 years old) after wearing it this summer I will make him a nice shirt with khaki shorts overall a good deal and fits at a great price.
