Does what it promises. All I had to do was point Windows 10 to the drivers folder on the CD that came with it, and everything worked right away with no hiccups. After enabling Jumbo Frame on my switch and increasing the frame size to two PCs, I ran an iperf3 test which showed a transfer rate of 9.83 Gbps. I ran the test for three minutes and it stayed stable. Now my transfer speed is as fast as my drive can read and write. Great NICK. I use Unifi 10gig Switch and UDM Pro. I also use an RJ45 transceiver in one of the cards with no problems.
