Great CRM solution - especially good fit at smaller businesses
The ability to use it as an offline database for all sales information makes this database very useful in any environment. This allows me to be able to have my clients' info available even when I am not online with them or using their computer. I dislike that the program can sometimes get confusing if you are unsure how to navigate through certain pages. As soon as you learn how things operate within the system it becomes much easier to understand. We've been able to save time by being able to pull up client files quickly without having to email back-and-forth between myself and our contact.
Pros
- Also gives opportunity during downtime at work which will allow everyone else around here who needs/wants software training (which was recently implemented)
