A friend gave me half a moose that was already shredded. There was no fat added, so I shredded up a few packets of bacon bits and mixed them into the moose patty. Then I used a hamburger press with wax paper on the top and bottom of the burger. Wax paper is fantastic, it's strong and very durable. I was very pleased with the waxed paper squares! β¦β¦Great value for money! β¦β¦β¦
