My foot felt good and the insoles that came with them were comfortable. However, my feet hurt after walking in them. I figured it was just changing the way I walked and working other muscles, but even after a month I still had pain in my legs. Then my back started to hurt after walking. I've had sciatica in the past and these shoes brought it back. I knew they were shoes because I only wore them during breaks and lunch breaks during the work week.
