I love that the keyboard has a metal bezel, metal cases are becoming harder to find these days but that just gives the impression of quality and durability. The keys are very loud but have a nice crisp click. The left Shift and Delete keys appear to have issues, but after ripping those keys off with the included pry and blowing off the key mechanism with compressed air, this no longer appears to be an issue. The infidelity button was completely non-functional because it didn't click until I pressed it firmly, which may have required percussion service. The mouse appears to be standard, about as durable as Dell mice were in the late '90s and early '00s, with the added bonus of a cool look. It was a big problem getting the headphone mic to work, but that was mainly because Windows mutes line devices by default and you have to go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Recording, right-click Line-In or mic need to click depending on If there is a back line and a front line in the port properties go to the level tab and set the mic from 0 to around 90. God, it took me about 2 hours a day to figure this out. I'm glad I found out long before I had a work meeting. Update - the headphones are absolute rubbish after a year and the microphone seems to have been complete rubbish right out of the box. I just bought a new headset because the sound keeps cutting out when I turn my head. In the new headset, the microphone picks up a lot more! My colleagues stopped complaining that I was hard to hear in meetings or that it sounded like running water as soon as I switched to a different pair of headphones. Heck, I had to yell at them for almost a year because I didn't realize the mic on them was that bad. Good news: the keyboard and mouse still work after 1 year of daily use. This is for keyboard and mouse only, take your headphones elsewhere.
