The product arrived with a defect, I am waiting for a replacement

I was sad to receive a defective product. The light only comes on for a few seconds and then goes off again. Also the product arrived used with water residue and should be new. Awaiting a replacement and will update my review if the replacement works well. Two stars so far because of the uncomplicated replacement order.
