Okay let’s start with I’m 5’4, I weigh between 220-225 lbs. I have a square build. I carry most of my weight in my abdomen. I have a pouch and love handles. I have large thighs. My butt is not big but it’s not small either. I ordered a M/L. When I first opened the package I was like how in the hell I’m suppose to fit into these baby pants. They look like toddler tights. Anyway, I put a leg in and then the next. I had to work them up chile. I was able to get them up. They wasn’t even tight around my belly either. I tried these on after a meal and they were shockingly comfortable. I hate wearing Shape-wear but these I can wear. There not thick but there not thin. There is an anti-slip band around the waist so they don’t fall. They did roll down a tab bit but nothing annoying. I have some back rolls so that’s probably why. They come down to my knees maybe 2 inches above my knee. They do show some in tight fitted dresses. Anyway, I’m going on a cruise and I don’t have my dream body so I’m wearing these with my dresses. Back out, rolls out but at least I’m not going to look slouchy with this on. It keeps it together without being uncomfortable. That’s what I like. I’m ordering another one. Taking a star away because like I said it shows a little in tight fitted dresses. I wish that part was seamless.I will update with before and after pictures once I put it back on.
