This is NOT for women. (((They make a female version))) If you have a female anatomy then I do NOT recommend this pack. The product page does not tell the consumer that this pack is not for women. The chest strap is uncomfortable, and for a 100 investment and for long trips, comfort is important. I'm back and I'm buying the women's version.
