I like that they are always adding features as needed so there is never any downtime or lag in our system when we use them! They also have great customer service support if you ever need anything fixed/additional done after hours (which can be hard sometimes).
The only thing i dislike about their product now would probably just come down to preference but not something majorly wrong per se!! We were able to fix some issues quickly once notified by AHIRE Support Team member via email which was very helpful considering how busy my day job kept me during this time.
