I am 5 9 150 and waist size 29-31 depending on the garment such as jeans, stretch jeans, dress pants, sweatpants etc. I ordered 3 medium size black packs first and they fit great, I love wearing them under shorts for running or yoga. Medium size gives me a lot of space. I wanted to buy more so I bought 3 packs, 3 colors in a small size because I wanted them to be a little tighter like underwear to wear under jeans.
